Château Latour 1er GCC Pauillac Magnum 2015
In the star appellation of Pauillac, three Premier Cru compete for the top spot every vintage: Lafite, Mouton and Latour. In the 2015 vintage, Latour is probably ahead. The usually very concentrated and long-closed wine with the distinctive tower on the label is much more accessible in this fine, fruity vintage than in 2010 or 2016, for example. However, this should not hide the fact that this monument still requires many years of ageing. With the 2012 vintage, the winery was the only major winery to decide to get out of the en primeur business. That is why it is only available a few years later.
