The Pinot Blanc comes from approx. 30-year-old vines on heather soil with deep, humus-rich, calcareous brown earth on a coarse gravel subsoil. After selection and whole-cluster pressing, the wine was fermented at a controlled temperature and matured in stainless steel with a little batonnage. The Pinot Blanc has an intense aroma of pineapple, mango, lemon and peach with light herbal notes. On the palate, the wine impresses with its typical fine acidity, elegant fruit and juiciness.
