This wonderful, sensual vintage is also very similar in style to its big brother Lafite Rothschild. Delicate floral fruit and the typical finesse of Duhart. The Quatrième Cru has improved enormously since the turn of the millennium. I have the feeling that it has made another huge leap in recent years. You often have the feeling of having Lafite in your glass. That's a real challenge for cru classés in Pauillac with much higher prices!

Château Duhart-Milon is located near Paulliac on the Médoc peninsula, in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous Château Latife. Lafite second wine was produced on the Duhart plots around 200 years ago. The high quality of this area was recognised early on, with the 1855 classification giving the terroir the status of "4th high vineyard" - the only one in Paulliac.
