Eva Fricke means: fresh Riesling winds from the Rheingau. Citrus-driven freshness (kumquat, orange zest) meets fragrant herbal notes, lively acidity, and subtle salinity. Together, these create plenty of grip and drive on the palate. A creamy, melting texture and a remarkably long finish complete the picture. A model example of a juicy, certified-organic Rheingau Riesling from Kiedrich's loam and loess soils.

Eva Fricke Winery

From Bremen to the Rheingau and from there into the hearts of Riesling fans. in 2006 Eva Fricke founded her winery near Eltville, with areas in Lorch and Kiedrich. Today, around 13 hectares are cultivated, since 2011 according to organic farming methods. Since 2016, the winery has been in the EU certification process, and since 2017, the wines have been registered with the "Vegan Society".
