Château Figeac 1er GCC A St. Emilion 2023

We are constantly impressed by the perfection that this impressive St. Emilion vineyard, which has now been elevated to Premier Cru Classé A, has achieved. The transition to the new era at Figeac with the 2013 vintage is particularly astonishing. It was possible to establish a precise, powerful yet delicate wine style almost seamlessly without betraying the virtues of the "historic" Figeac. The 2023 impresses with the incredible suppleness of its fine, ripe tannins. The powerful, multi-layered aromas demonstrate a very rare depth and it ends with a concise mineral finish.
