Petit Mouton Zweitwein Château Mouton Rothschild 2021
With its high proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon (almost 80%), the 2021 is very similar to its big brother Mouton Rothschild. The notes of cassis, graphite and somewhat exotic hints such as mint and various spices make it a real little Mouton. It is always interesting to compare it with Château Clerc Milon, which also belongs to the Mouton empire and is a much cheaper alternative. But the proof of the pudding is in the eating...
