As always, Mouton Rothschild is concentrated, dense and complex in the 2021 vintage. There are also the exotic spices that are so typical of Mouton. The new winemaking with the silky tannins and high florality also gives it great sexiness. A little reminiscent of the great 2001, only at a higher level.
