Château Cos d'Estournel has undergone many changes in recent decades. A great classic until the 1990s, the power phase began a few years later with sometimes very strong extraction. Today, the focus is on pure hedonism. The 2021 is a good example of this... despite its great complexity and power, there is a tremendous amount of charm at the end. The juicy, black fruit is accompanied by supple tannins and fine acidity.
