100% organic Trebbiano from vines over 50 years old, aged for more than 15 months "sur lie? – on the lees – in French oak: these are the technical specs behind one of the finest Trebbianos in the world. It's crafted by Società Agricola Petrolo, also known for producing the legendary red "Galatrona.? Only around 14,000 bottles of this noble Trebbiano are made each year, and the 2021 vintage was awarded an impressive 98 points by James Suckling. Trebbiano, vinified with Burgundian elegance and depth. Mineral-driven, yet with a creamy texture; highly complex, yet irresistibly charming. A top-class Italian white.
