PACKAGE 5 + 1 Winery Stiegelmar K & K Königlicher Wein für das Königliche Gemüse Weissburgunder 2024

This project was created together with Jürgen and Hans Stiegelmar from the winery of the same name in Gols in Burgenland. THE wine for asparagus....den does not exist. But a fine, mineral Pinot Blanc that doesn't have too much fruit. It has good energy, without too much acidity and no new wood. At least that's how it came about in our minds at Pese in January. The winemakers then left the Pinot Blanc longer in the large wooden barrel for us and produced it in the special K&K bottling. Perfect with asparagus. Delicate fruit, vibrant and powerful enough for any hollondaise and fine enough to enjoy naturally with a little butter.
