Château Kirwan
Château Kirwan belongs to the 3ième Grand Cru Classé de Margaux and has been owned since the 1920s by the Schÿler family, who moved from Hamburg to Bordeaux in the 18th century to become successful wine merchants.

"Very Margaux-like.' A fragrant wine reminiscent of blackcurrant, lilac, violet, rose, graphite and sandalwood. Fine and lively on the palate, with polished tannins, cool acidity and elegant length. 95 points (Vinous). Drinking window 2028–2050+. The balance between fruit, acidity and texture remains exemplary, with a cool, precise and very long finish. A Kirwan that embodies the pure finesse of the Margaux style and gains depth with maturity.
