Léoville Las Cases, one of the most important and consistent wineries in the Médoc, is in excellent shape today. The 2020 vintage is a wine of monumental structure and depth. Cassis, cedar wood, pencil, liquorice and graphite in the bouquet. The palate is monumental but precise – silky-fine tannins, cool acidity, endless length. 99 points (Parker, Vinous). A vintage that combines power and transparency – drinking window 2035–2080+. The balance between fruit, acidity and texture remains exemplary, with a cool, precise and very long finish.
