Bodegas Emilio Lustau En Rama Manzanilla de Sanlúcar de Barrameda 500ml Sherry Release 2025

"En Rama' means sherry as pure as possible: filled directly from the barrel into the bottle without any detours. Unfiltered, in spring, just when the yeast flor under which the sherry has matured is at its peak. Bodegas Lustau bottles three different "en Rama's every spring – one for each of the three corners of the sherry triangle. For Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa María, this is a Fino, but for Sanlúcar de Barrameda it is the local Fino variety Manzanilla. The latter is light straw yellow in colour, bone dry and with yeast tones and citrus notes. Above all, however, it has the typical Manzanilla saltiness that comes from the nearby Atlantic Ocean.
