This local wine comes at a price, but it's worth it. This wine can easily be compared to the best villages from Meursault or Puligny. A magnificent local Riesling from young vines in the Jesuit Garden and Pechstein with soils of limestone marl, sandstone and basalt. The "Forst' offers fantastic concentration and balance, depth and salty minerality. You can smell its origin, so expressive is this dark spice in the mixture with citrus notes, smoke and rock. A wine of great stature and intense acidity.
