The "Pfefferer? is a cheerful rosé made from early harvests and saignée of different red grape varieties as well as white varieties from sandy and gravelly soils. After a short maceration period, the red and white grapes were pressed, the must fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then aged on the fine lees. It is an extremely fresh, juicy, and lively wine with an appealing aromatic bouquet of red berries, grapefruit, peach, and spicy notes, followed by vibrant acidity and a fine, creamy texture on the palate.
