A wonderful champagne from the Montagne de Reims. The blend consists of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the estate's oldest vineyards. A champagne with lively freshness and agility. Fruity and slightly spicy on the nose with notes of red berries, pears, apples, apricots, candied lemons, and mandarins, as well as a hint of brioche. Balanced, elegant, and refined on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif champagne, with seafood and fish with white sauces.
