Champagne Pierre Boever is a small, family-run producer from Louvois, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Thomas and Laure have been the third generation to run the estate since 2005.
Champagne Pierre Boever Des Dames de France Grand Cru
A wonderful champagne from the Montagne de Reims. The blend consists of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the estate's oldest vineyards. A champagne with lively freshness and agility. Fruity and slightly spicy on the nose with notes of red berries, pears, apples, apricots, candied lemons, and mandarins, as well as a hint of brioche. Balanced, elegant, and refined on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif champagne, with seafood and fish with white sauces.
