Buy wines from Château La Lagune
Château La Lagune is located in the Haut-Médoc, just above Bordeaux.
Owner and oenologist Caroline Frey produces a Troisième Grand Cru Classé from Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot as well as a second and a third wine on an impressive 80 hectares.
The vineyards are located on a gravel hilltop and have been cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods since 2013. "This natural approach, customised to each plot, plays a fundamental role in the quality of the wines. It allows the fruit to draw all the complexity and subtlety of a terroir from the soil to give it back to us thanks to patient and precise vinification and ageing in barrels using the traditional method."
