Eva Fricke Winery
„The maximum of expression and elegance in view.“

From Bremen to the Rheingau and from there into the hearts of Riesling fans - in 2006, Eva Fricke founded her winery near Eltville, with vineyards in Lorch and Kiedrich. Today, around 13 hectares are cultivated, since 2011 according to organic farming methods. The winery has been in the EU organic certification process since 2016 and the wines have been registered with the Vegan Society since 2017.
Eva describes her wine philosophy as "purist, pure and with a focus on maximum expression and elegance." Naturally, the focus here is on Riesling - from the estate wines to the local wines with their specific characteristics of minerality and fruit accentuation to the top wines from the sometimes very steep and very old individual vineyards.
The vineyards around Kiedrich and Eltville have nutrient-rich and water-retaining loess, loam and clay soils. Here, wines are produced with a "wealth of aromas of exotic fruits, herbs and blossoms."
The vineyards around Lorch and Lorchhausen are characterised by slate and quartzite and produce delicate, mineral Rieslings with salty nuances.
