Dark, juicy fruit and present acidity are perfectly balanced by opulent fruit and a hint of dark chocolate. A great achievement in a difficult vintage!

Château du Domaine de L'Eglise

The winery was first mentioned in 1589 as part of a hospice and is actually located within sight of the church of Pomerol. Even if it is no longer the church after which the vineyard was originally named. it was acquired by the Castéja family, the owners of the Borie-Manoux trading house, in 1973.
