Baigorri Rioja Negu DOCa 2024
Baigorri's "Negu? is a fresh, juicy joven made from 100% Tempranillo. If only all young Rioja wines tasted like this! The wine was aged in wood for four months and delights with its berry notes and freshness. It is reminiscent of currants, blackberries, and cherries, violet blossoms, a hint of licorice, and tar?which is just as typical for young Tempranillo as it is for young Syrah. On the palate, this spontaneously fermented wine is juicy, creamy, and powerful with clear acidity and firm but fine tannins.
