Once a week, a team of recognised wine experts meets in the exclusive Hanse Lounge in Hamburg. These include Michael Kutej, the maître of the Hanse Lounge, fine wine expert Rudolf Goetz and sommelière Eileen Gilberts. They select, taste, discuss and compare the best wines from outstanding winegrowers. On these afternoons, they decide on new additions to Pese Wein and only if everyone agrees that „this is special enough“ will it be a JUBILUM - otherwise not!
