The wine from the premier cru vineyard Château Belair Monange is a wonderfully juicy, rather red-berried St.-Émilion Grand Cru, which is already developing a lot of drinking pleasure as a pure Merlot. The almost perfect 2016 vintage ensures a great balance and the ripe tannins give it the silky character that is so typical of St.-Émilion.
