If it weren't for wines like the Tement "Zieregg? Sauvignon Blanc, the 2018 vintage could be forgotten between the two vintages of the century, 2017 and 2019. But Armin Tement also produced a great "Zieregg? in 2018, which was rated 95+ points by Robert Parker and even 96 to 98 points by Falstaff! The wine impresses with its generosity and charm. There is a successful interplay of fruit and stoniness with white currants and notes of ground stone and the smokiness of quartz rock. And although 2018 was a relatively warm vintage, there is a great freshness and coolness in the blend of thyme, paprika, stone and lime zest. The "Zieregg? is electrifying, full of tension and very long.
