Since 1997, the Gross winery has had special barrel reserves called "Privat?. These are wines from great vintages. They are monumental Auslese wines from grapes harvested very late. The golden yellow 2017 is bursting with aromas reminiscent of ripe cassis and elderflower, grapefruit, pineapple and mandarin. On the palate, the Sauvignon Blanc is very complex, dense and taut with extract and extract sweetness, salty and juicy.
