Clinet now always offers an extremely successful symbiosis between powerful (but not rustic) Pomerol and fine Bordeaux finesse. The 2022 has opulence of dark Cabernet fruit with lots of chocolate on the one hand, but also wonderful floral notes and soft tannins on the other. It has enormous pressure on the palate and the finish is very long!

Château Clinet

Located in Pomerol, Château Clinet's history dates back to the 1770s. However, the vineyard that belongs to the small but elegant Château is certainly 200 years older.
The vineyard is located at the highest point of the Pomerol plateau, although height is rather relative here: it is just 30 metres.
