It is always an experience to experience Stephan Graf Neipperg and his wines of the new vintage at his own Primeur tasting. The great winemaker explains the vintage and his wines to us with wit and carme. When we were there for the 2022 Primeur, it was his "cheapest? wine Clos Marsalette that impressed us. The now biodynamically produced wine from Pessac Leogan is a real insider tip! On the nose, you are greeted by juicy cherry fruit with subtle floral hints. The precise acidity creates tension and balance. Refined wine for little money!
