Count Neipperg's Premier Cru Weingur repeatedly demonstrates its creator's keen sense of the complexity of a vintage. The 2022 vintage already reveals subtle and extremely elegant notes of dark fruit and plenty of floral aromas on the nose. Despite all the powerful opulence that such a vintage brings, which can sometimes make the Merlot-dominated wines of the right bank a little more lush, this wine from the limestone plateau of St. Emilion remains elegant and shows all the finesse of this great terroir. Magnificent!

Château la Mondotte

Although the La Mondotte vineyard dates back to the 19th century, it only awoke from its slumber in 1996 under Count von Neipperg. Now equipped with its own wine cellar, the estate was - to the surprise of many - honoured with a Grand Cru Classé from Saint-Émilion and awarded 98 points by Parker at the time.
