Château Calon Ségur
An exceptional terroir made of gravels and clay, giving rise to three wines: Château Calon Ségur, le Marquis de Calon Ségur, named in honor of this illustrious owner of the XVIIIth century, and le C de Calon Ségur.
Château Calon Ségur 3ème GCC St. Estèphe 2020
When you taste older vintages from this impressive château in the very north of the Médoc, you experience an astonishing, almost Burgundian elegance and finesse, which is already evident in this magnificent 2020 vintage. The interplay of red and black fruit, earthy truffle notes and fine tannins, paired with the floral freshness and fine minerality leave you almost speechless ... with great anticipation of what is yet to come!
