The Chardonnay from the Schüttenberg vineyard has a medium greenish-yellow color. The wine has an attractive and delicate aroma of tangerine and lime zest, some vanilla, verbena and mint. On the palate, the wine is reminiscent of pears and apples, melon and citrus fruits. The Chardonnay has a clear acidity structure, is elegant and mineral with pleasant pressure and beautiful length.
