The dark purple, spontaneously fermented cuvée of Zweigelt, Merlot and Blaufränkisch has a seductive aroma of blackberries, blueberries and some cassis, framed by oak and cedar and accompanied by tobacco, graphite, licorice and spices. On the palate, the "Ried Rosenberg? is juicy and fleshy with notes of dark cherries and dark berries, a fresh acidity and an attractive, fine tannin. The finish is mouth-wateringly salty and lively, long and sensual.
