The Fronsac appellation has been experiencing a renaissance for years. Always very close in quality and style to the neighbouring commune of Pomerol, the wines here are considerably cheaper, however, and in this almost perfect 2016 vintage, "Château de la Dauphine" is a great experience.The Bordeaux has an incredibly elegant fruit, appears floral, offers ripe tannins and great refinement. You can't afford to miss it!
