The Rudolf Fürst winery in Franconia, which can look back on a history of winegrowing dating back to 1638, has been involved in this development from the very beginning. The parade site is the Centgrafenberg, whose mottled sandstone weathering provides the perfect soil for Pinot Noir. Finesse is combined here with profound depth, powerful vitality and fullness remain elegant thanks to perfectly integrated acidity and minerality, as is otherwise only known from Burgundy.
