Château Batailley 5ème GCC Pauillac 2019
Since a second wine was introduced five years ago, the quality of this "Grand Cru Classés" has once again improved significantly. Since then, the wine has become more concentrated, more intense, simply better. Typically Pauillac, it is nevertheless elegant and sensual. Fine flavours of black fruit, precious woods and leather are in balance with the well-integrated acidity. And Batailley is still (still) affordable!
