Château Laroque
On the limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, Laroque is like a fortress, a witness to nine centuries of Libournais history.
Château Laroque GCC St. Emilion 2020
Château Laroque is definitely a rising star in the elite Grand Cru Classé league of St. Emilion. For years, the (still) affordable upcoming superstar of the appellation has been attracting attention with impressive achievements such as this fantastic 2020. The Château has succeeded in creating a seductive, profound flatterer here, which shines above all with a dense, soft texture and incredible balance and minerality. Flavours of chocolate and black berries join floral, almost ethereal notes and lend the wine a special freshness.
