The Argentinian flagship project of the LVMH Group under the direction of Cheval Blanc is a perfect symbiosis of the two wine-growing regions of Bordeaux and Mendoza. 70% Malbec and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from old vines result in a wonderfully balanced, complex and elegant wine with the claim to be the best red wine in Argentina. The collaboration between LVMH and Terrazas de los Andes, which began in 1996, has produced a modern classic with very long ageing potential in the excellent 2018 vintage. 98 WA
