With "Joayau", the small, fine champagne house Boizel presents an ultra-complex champagne made exclusively from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. A long yeast ageing period of 12 years, partial maturation in wood and a low dosage result in an enormously complex, creamy and harmonious champagne in a class of its own. Wonderfully juicy, savoury and fresh, it ends in a magnificent finish!
