Domaine Gayda, located not far from Carcassonne, is one of the most interesting wine estates in the region thanks to winemaker Vincent Chansault and the careful modernisation by owners Tim Ford and Anthony Record.

This cuvée of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault from the Longuedoc region is once again proof that good wine does not necessarily have to be expensive. We were immediately impressed by this juicy and complex charmer with its ripe dark berry tones, herbal spice and complex structure - an extremely animating wine at the very highest level.
