Champagne La Closerie Les Béguines

From the single vineyard Les Beguines, covering just 2 hectares, cult winemaker Jérome Prévost produces an ultra-pure champagne from ancient Pinot Meunier vines, which is spontaneously fermented in used large wooden barrels and bottled without dosage and unfiltered. A pure, exciting, and mineral champagne that now has a large fan base and of which there are always too few bottles!
