Composed of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon and 32% Shiraz, the components matured separately for 22 months in new American oak barriques before being blended. The result is a muscular, fleshy cuvée of almost shameless intensity. On the nose, vanilla sweetness meets concentrated meat jus, spiced with star anise and curry leaf.
