This white cuvée is an all-rounder. The three grape varieties Riesling (for the most part), Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay complement each other harmoniously and produce a complex bouquet of local fruits such as green apples, quince, and stone fruit. Added to this is a citrus component that brings acidity and freshness to the finish. A wonderful combination!
