In the 2021 vintage, Léoville Poyferré once again proves how different it is from its two sister estates (Barton, Las Cases) and other St. Juliens. Ripe, sensual florality combined with juicy red and black berry fruit is very hedonistic. One can almost enjoy this charmer, but should wait for a moment of maturity to experience it to its full potential.
