The 2021 "Bot River Shiraz? was entirely handmade with as little intervention as possible. It is an expressive, powerful Syrah with notes of purple and red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, and cassis, plus cherry liqueur, sweet tobacco, anise, and violets. On the palate, the Syrah is robust and powerful, yet balanced and long. It will benefit from more time.
