Luddite Wine Farm
This exciting white cuvée of Chenin Blanc with smaller quantities of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier is a highly aromatic white from Niels Verburg's micro-winery on Walker Bay in South Africa. The somewhat more intensive mash fermentation with longer skin contact leads to intense aromas of black tea, pome fruit and floral notes. The crown cork closure has a long history and actually dates back to the first champagne fermentation.
