Luddite Saboteur rot Südafrika - Walker Bay 2021
The 2021 Luddite "Saluez Le Saboteur Red Blend? is composed of 60% Shiraz, 15% Grenache Noir, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 12% Mourvèdre. It was aged for 12 months in barrels, 20% of which were new oak. The cuvée recalls olive tapenade, crushed stone, cherries, raspberries, violets, herbs, pepper, and licorice, with hints of cherry liqueur, chestnut honey, rose petals, and black tea. Dense yet delicious, the wine is round and spicy, ripe and juicy, hearty and highly drinkable.
