Les Forts de Latour Pauillac 2019

Probably the best second wine of all Bordeaux Chateaux, it reflects the strong character of its big brother, although the higher proportion of Merlot provides more red-fruity nuances in the aromas. There are also light floral notes that give the wine freshness. The somewhat lower concentration, like Château Latour, ensures earlier accessibility in any case, although Les Forts de Latour can always age extremely well! It will need a few more years and will then put some high-ranking cru classés in the shade!
