Chardonnay from a total of six Grand Cru destinations in the Côte des Blancs forms the basis for Pol Roger's 2015 Blanc de Blancs. It presents itself – especially for a single-varietal Chardonnay – with an impressive ripae fullness, counterbalanced by an invigorating fresh acidity. Aromatically, it displays the almost indispensable brioche notes as well as green and yellow apple, ripe pineapple and other exotic fruits, and a hint of white flowers.
