Made predominantly from Chenin Blanc (85%) and a little Chardonnay (15%), this sparkling wine from the Loire, France's most famous crémant region, captivates you from the very first moment. It reminds you of its big neighbor Champagne... The long ageing on the lees of 24 months gives the sparkling wine a certain grandeur! Fine perlage, subtle brioche notes, elegant fruit and floral notes in a perfect balance are evident on the nose and a beautiful creaminess with elegant acidity on the palate, plus the minerality of the chalky soils.
