With LEVIN Blanc de Blanc 2024, Villa Noria also has a sparkling wine in its range. It is based on Chardonnay from the estate's own certified organic vineyards in Languedoc. Like the still wines, this is a vegan product with no additives, i.e. no preservatives, acids or sulphur. Furthermore, LEVIN has never seen alcohol, so none has been removed. The Blanc de Blanc has aromas of vanilla, hawthorn and acacia, bread crust and white tea, peach, pear and a hint of mango. On the palate, it is lively, fresh and juicy with pleasant pressure and a slight sweetness.
