The name Sankt Pauls stands for a village that belongs to the municipality of Eppan in South Tyrol and also for the Sankt Pauls winery, which is run by 180 members of the village and neighbouring communities.
Kellerei Sankt Pauls Chardonnay Südtirol 2024
This Chardonnay from warm and loamy Flinz soils with calcareous sediment deposits, which are found at an altitude of 250 to 400 meters, was deliberately fermented and matured in stainless steel. The aim was to create a fresh Chardonnay that appears juicy, lively and fruity. The wine reminds one of stone fruit, melon, banana, a little orange and herbs. It offers a balanced body with fine creaminess. This provides a lot of drinking pleasure!
